Typically, ESD bench setups last several years.  Proper installation is important for two main reasons.

1. Electrically - Everything must be properly tested to industry standards for compliance.
2. Aesthetically - Mats should be properly cut, and notched, with rounded corners. Double sided tape should be used on the front, bottom edge of mats. Lastly, wire and cable management should be executed.

Owner, Brian Hale, started in the ESD industry in 2010, working in assembly and manufacturing.
